At Escondido Boot Camp, we do things differently. We don’t scream in your face. We don’t chase weight loss at all costs. And we don’t measure success by how tiny your jeans are or whether your workout outfit matches.
We train real women.
Mostly women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. Women in perimenopause. Women deep in menopause. Women with jobs, kids, spouses, stress, and not a lot of time. Women who are tired of being told to do more, look better, and smile while juggling everything.

What We Do
We offer fast, efficient, full-body group workouts designed to help you build **lean muscle**, boost **metabolism**, improve **bone strength**, and feel **strong as hell**—inside and out.
We train with:

* Simple, functional equipment that gets results

Each session is **under 30 minutes**. You’ll warm up, move with purpose, train with intensity, and be done—on with your day, energized and proud.
Why We Do It
Because the fitness industry has failed women for years.

We won’t turn you into content. No one’s going to zoom in on your squat form for Instagram.
We don’t care if you wear Lululemon or a shirt from 2008 with holes in it.

We don’t have a kid care center. Not because we don’t love kids—but because we’re already cleaning enough equipment, and frankly, boogers are where we draw the line. Kids are cute. But kids are gross. And sick. And contagious. And loud.

Here’s the truth a lot of women don’t hear enough:
