Sessions are fun and only 30 minutes so you can get fit and save time! 

At Escondido Boot Camp, Our specialized Afterburn workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts burn in only half the time. They also keep your metabolism working at a higher rate for up to 32 hours after each workout.


Every group training session is led by experienced coaches and is designed to be fun, high energy, and challenging so that you burn the maximum fat and tone your muscles.

 

We also modify our workout programs to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness level. Whether you're new to working out or you're an experienced fitness buff, our professional trainers and coaches will help modify every workout so that you'll achieve your goals!


Our workouts are done in a dynamic group setting which dramatically increases your odds of success through group accountability and an addictive atmosphere of fun and community. Plus, this empowers you to get personal-training-level results for only a fraction of what it would normally take to hire a 1-on-1 personal trainer.

HIIT

Each and every workout combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training, Exercise Stacking, and Active Rest periods giving you the best workouts possible with twice the fat-burning effect of any other exercise program!

 

These workouts combine cardio and strength using body weight exercises and basic equipment and are designed to work for all ages and all fitness levels.

NUTRITION

Our Nutrition focuses on a wide variety of topics geared toward each individual's personal goals.

 

We view food as fuel, not as something that should be restricted. We will teach you how to make the best, cleanest choices when it comes to your diet.

Performance emphasizes your body’s core and aids in the development of strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture.

 

This boot camp has a high emphasis on correct form. We combine HIIT timing with corrective and core moves.
